Sworn auditor Nelda Janoviča and auditor are confirmed as experts of capital contribution by Enterprise Registry of Republic of Latvia. They have rights to evaluate and to provide statement on capitalization of loans and liabilities.

Following documentation is needed for evaluation of capital contribution:

1. Source documents confirming arise of liabilities;
2. In case of loan – loan agreement;
3. Accounting statement records on liabilities that are subject to capitalization, printed copy effected through accounting computer program.
4. Annual report of previous year;
5. Operative financial report for period when capitalization takes place, corresponding transaction report or ledger.
6. Protocol of member convention where decision on stock capital increase was made. Besides, rules on capital increase must be included.
7. Amendments of statutes, new redaction of statutes.
